This summer, Chrome Horse Society Tequila is partnering with Petit Familia at MOLLIE Aspen to elevate Friday evenings on the hotel’s roof terrace with a series of sunset cocktail experiences.

Every Friday, guests are invited to enjoy rotating DJ sets, agave-forward cocktails, and panoramic mountain views in a vibrant atmosphere designed for long summer nights in Aspen. The series takes place alongside Petit Familia, Chef Ludo Lefebvre’s seasonal concept on MOLLIE’s roof terrace, inspired by his beloved Los Angeles restaurant Trois Familia, offering French-Mexican bites designed to complement the cocktail program.

A curated cocktail menu featuring Chrome Horse Society Tequila will be available throughout the season, including featured offerings such as the Espresso Martini, Watermelon Spritz, and Passion Fruit Margarita. The menu highlights the versatility of Chrome Horse’s exceptionally smooth and clean profile across a range of refreshing summer cocktails paired with Petit Familia favorites including tacos, quesadillas, tostadas, and shareable snacks.

The rooftop experience features DJ programming from 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m., with cocktails and bites available throughout the evening.
